We have a small accounting firm located on Route 79 in Matawan NJ. We are very casual and have a laid-back type of environment. We are looking for an intern to work at our firm during this coming tax season. The hours are flexible depending on the student's schedule and workload. The job description entails some light bookkeeping with administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying of documents using the adobe acrobat software program and storing documents into the cloud. Some light typing in word and entering data into excel. Entering tax data into our tax software. Bookkeeping of client's accounting records including deposits and disbursements using the quick books accounting software. Direct supervision and training will be provided by our staff for all aspects of work involved.
