Responsibilities: How will you build business: • Set goals to grow in the business and develop a niche market based on your passions and interests • Coordinate and develop joint work opportunities with other advisors to close more cases • Leverage other products and services such as investments, financial planning strategies, etc., through additional licensing or the licensed specialists at our firm, to increase your income level • Create a scalable practice where you can focus on what you love and leave the back-office work to us • Generate leads through networking, social media, and calling • Participate in community events and associations Qualifications: Your Skill Set: • You have 2+ years of experience selling life insurance with a current book of business • You are independent • You have strong interpersonal and customer service skills • You're willing to go the extra mile for clients • You are a strong communicator and able to present information clearly • You are passionate about helping families find peace of mind with insurance • You are creative and enjoy finding solutions for your client's needs Compensation: $125,000 at plan commission
