Responsibilities: • Achieve licensing for LAH, Series 7, and 66 • Willing to cold call and network to set appointments • Identify 2-3 key markets that you have an affinity to help • Develop strong fact-gathering skills built on client relationships • Become acquainted with the different products and services available • Collaborate and work with senior advisors • Use needs-based planning to provide solutions for implementation • Be coachable and willing to learn • Take initiative and possess a strong work ethic Qualifications: Your Skillset: • You have an outside sales background and experience generating leads • You are social and often participate in groups and organizations • You have an interest in finance and wealth management • You are a disciplined and expert multi-tasker • You're willing to go the extra mile for clients and provide quality service • You enjoy presentations and are a strong communicator • You have strong organizational and time management skills and can self-start • Must have a Maryland Life and Health license or be willing to get licensed before contracting • Though not required, valid FINRA Series 7 or 6 and 63/65 or 66 licenses are considered a plus Compensation: $60,000 at plan commission
