Responsibilities: • Prospect and network to cultivate a book of business • Meet with clients to gather data and information to follow up and provide options that meet their needs • Create joint work opportunities with specialists in the firm to grow and develop new markets • Provide white glove customer support to clients • Use email, social media, and personal contact to communicate clearly and often with clients • Maintain documentation and files according to regulatory standards • Develop and define 2-3 key markets to build your specialized niche Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience as a financial adviser or associate planner • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 65 minimum, 66 preferred • Must have a Life and health license or be willing to take the exam before starting • Comfortable generating leads and enjoys meeting new people • Good listener who will focus on each client's unique needs • Coachable and passionate about continual growth and learning • Service-oriented and wants to impact the greater community • A charismatic communicator who loves to coach and help others • Self-starter with a business owner mindset Compensation: $150,000 + at plan commission
