    Part-time Packer, Organizer and Team Leader We are seeking a caring, responsible and organized person to work part-time as a Team Member or Team Leader to help pack, unpack, set up and organize our clients' homes. Experience is Preferred Enjoy lots of variety, flexible hours and job satisfaction knowing your work is helping others. Most of the hours required are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Responsibilities: • Pack and unpack as part of a team • Coach clients through the sorting and decluttering process • Manage the team onsite to meet client expectations • Coordinate with the movers • Oversee resources including people, supplies, timeline until project completion • Communicate with clients throughout the process Qualifications: Requirements: • Absolute integrity (we do background checks) • Passion for helping others • Patience, empathy, and a gentle sense of humor (our clients can be stressed out) • Flexibility (customers in crisis occasionally necessitate sudden changes) • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry 35 lbs. • Ability to handle delicate china carefully • Reliable transportation Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly based on experience
