    Thompson Realty Group, a top performing real estate team for Keller Williams Realty is looking for an excellent Administrator for our Easton team office! Primary responsibilities will be client coordination and the ability to help cover service appointments. In this role, you'll handle everything from initial lead request, to covering an appointment when the agents are busy, to managing the paperwork. It's a very fun and high energy position, and is best suited for that bright personality, multi-tasker, and detailed oriented individual! Two years Industry experience required, and a real estate license is preferred. This is a salary based position. Please email inquiries to careers@thompsonrealtyonline.com. Responsibilities: • Extensive administrative tasks and responsibilities: mail, office supplies, printing, distributing documents, uploading listings onto MLS, email blasts • Maintain current ordering system of business related requests • Ensure Agent stays on schedule by reminding them of appointments, meetings and phone call – be aggressive in follow up • Secure confirmation of all attendees for meeting • Manage scheduling and calendar appointments • Act as gatekeeper to Agent to avoid unnecessary interruptions • Organize and maintain contacts/database to include scheduling lunch/golf/networking activities with top SOI/past clients • Answer phones, take messages, prioritize follow up and conduct your own follow up if possible • Organize and facilitate client appreciation events • Provide peace of mind to Agent via reliability and consistently completing all tasks • Creating a feedback loop to facilitate peace of mind to Agent acknowledging task completion • Maintain clear, direct and concise communication with Agent • Accurate and concise written communication skills • Research vendors for products or service, prepare price comparison and submit with suggestions for improvements • Effective execution of the “contract to close” process • Effective execution of the “list to offer” process • Oversee/manage other team members when necessary and requested Qualifications: • Expertise in all Microsoft Office applications, MLSPIN a plus! • Ability to learn complex systems with an “IT/technology” eye. • Social media posting experience. • Strong interpersonal and communicative skills. • Strong written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and ensure efficient task completion. • Upbeat, positive, collaborative attitude. Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly
