We are seeking an ambitious Content Marketing Specialist will support all creative services activities including, but not limited to execution of content marketing, website optimization, and SEO.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • CONTENT MARKETING: Content development, copywriting and editing (including website and landing page content, blog posts, social media posts and more). Develop social media engagement strategies. Adhere to brand voice for all Thrasher Group brands. Participate in campaign development and creative conceptualization.
    • WEBSITE CONTENT MAINTENANCE: Utilize CMS widgets to add content to the websites. Master and stay current on SEO practices to increase organic website traffic. Identify areas of opportunity, working with web vendor to enhance and optimize websites.
    • REPORTING AND PROOFING: Proofread and review creative assets for accuracy and effectiveness. Track and optimize organic website conversion rate. Make creative testing recommendations and implement learnings.

    WHAT YOU NEED

    • KNOWLEDGE: Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role in marketing. Bachelor's degree in marketing / advertising / journalism preferred.
    • SKILLS: Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and experience presenting in front of management and leadership. Experience compiling data/information and creating presentations.
    • ABILITY: to navigate throughout the day between data analyzation and working on organic social media strategy.
