This role responsible for basic graphic design, content writing, and social media posts / digital content. This internship has potential for full time employment in the future. ** _

    WHAT YOU'LL DO **
    **

    • COLLECTIONS CALLS ON PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: Monitor accounts to identify past due invoices. Proactively coordinate and communicate with necessary parties to ensure timely collection. Address inbound and outbound collection communications in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations. Follow up with customer on payment when account is past due to request and encourage payment. Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss with supervisor. Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements with customer. Maintain complete and accurate records and reporting on collection activity. Use Thrasher Group customer messaging and execute on all company programs and processes.
    • FINANCE CHARGES : Evaluate each account past-due and assess finance charges. Prepare and send statements and finance charge invoices for past due customers.
    • INVOICING: Research and resolve billing inquiries and issues. Work with other employees to answer questions and solve issues.

    WHAT YOU NEED_**

    • KNOWLEDGE: Pursuing accounting, finance, or related degree. Experience in an office environment preferred.
    • SKILLS: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of Adobe. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to prioritize. Highly organized and self-motivated.
    • ABILITY: to work in our Papillion office May-August 2024. All offers of employment are contingent on submitting to and passing a thorough background check.
