    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • INBOUND PHONE CALLS / CHAT SUPPORT: answering calls, setting appointments/installations, scheduling service calls, and following up on a variety of issues. Interacts with homeowner through chat to answer customer's inquiries and book appointments.
    • OUTBOUND CAMPAIGNS: Consistently calls on outbound campaigns to convert leads to appointments, to turn cancelled leads to new appointments, and to schedule annual maintenance appointments. Grow customer care club memberships by discussing on all service customer interactions.
    • LEAD CONVERSION: Meets or exceeds goals for converting leads to appointments sales appointments. Save customers from canceling their appointment by overcoming objections and explaining our benefits.
    • APPOINTMENT CAPACITY: Ensures sales and service calendars are filled to commitment capacities.
    • CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Complete Quality Assurance phone calls to receive feedback after projects are completed. Follow up on Customer Reviews to ensure all customers are satisfied.

    WHAT YOU NEED

    • MINDSET: Desire to challenge the status quo to redefine the construction industry.
    • EXPERIENCE: Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills demonstrated through strong customer service experience (preferred 2 years minimum). A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field. Those with prior experience handling logistics, scheduling, and calendars preferred.
    • REQUIREMENTS: Ability to meet the requirements of background check and drug test.
