Sales Marketing Intern Threadest - Chicago, IL Internship Threadest Inc. in Chicago, IL is looking for highly motivated and qualified Sales Marketing Intern to join our growing marketing team. Threadest Inc. is looking for an intern who is prepared to work in a fast-paced team building environment. The Intern will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing, technology, and sales from the early research stage to the campaign launch. As a Threadest Intern, you will have exclusive access to our shared workspace and its many amenities (games, couches, free beverages, beautiful view of Grant Park, and speaking engagements from industry leaders). Responsibilities: * Assist in the research of marketing materials. * Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials. * Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials. * Perform analysis of marketing and sales data. * Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline. * Prepare presentations. * Enter contact information into contact management systems. * Provide support to social media efforts. * Maintain tracking report of public relations activity. Requirements: * Candidates should reside in the Chicago area. * Must have a minimum of a HS Diploma, though some college experience in Sales, Marketing or Technology is preferred. * Should expect to commit up to 20 hrs/week at the Threadest office located near Grant Park. * Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web and social media. * PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a bonus and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position.
