    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team at Three Doors Property. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate acquisitions and a proven track record in sales. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing investment properties that align with our strategic objectives. Responsibilities: • Identify potential real estate investment opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other industry professionals to source off-market deals. • Conduct property evaluations, including financial analysis, market research, and due diligence. • Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and other legal documents in collaboration with the acquisitions team. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and development teams, to ensure smooth transaction processes. • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, deal pipelines, and market trends to management. Qualifications: • Proven track record in general sales with real estate sales a plus, with a focus on acquisitions. • Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, market dynamics, and financial analysis. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Compensation: $120,000 - $240,000 per plan
