    Three Oaks Hospitality is currently seeking a highly motivated The Digital Marketing Specialist who will support the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement the company’s digital-based marketing strategy, with a specific focus on email and web. We are looking for digital marketing professionals that can develop, design, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels and who have email marketing experience.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Plans and implements digital-based marketing strategies and campaigns via the company’s website(s) and email.

    Manage all aspects of company’s triggered and transactional email program.

    Develop, manage, and create a strong testing strategy for continuous improvement of all triggered/transactional campaigns.

    Collaborate with copy and design teams on creative execution.

    Responsible for analyzing email metrics to improve conversion and plan future strategies.

    Develops and expands company’s web presence through email, web advertising, and other online sources; promotes company brand through these channels.

    Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing.

    Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    2-3 years of experience designing and building marketing campaigns, creating content, executing campaign automations or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    1+ year(s) of experience developing email marketing strategies.

    1+ year(s) of experience implementing.

    Extensive knowledge and experience building email campaigns through an Email Service Provider.

    Proven ability to plan and implement email marketing campaigns including but not limited to automation, sales funnels, transactional, A/B testing, dynamic content.

    Experience with customer segmentation and performance marketing; experience initiating and executing projects and campaigns through a customer-first strategy.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

    Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Maintain best-in-class standards for CAN-SPAM email compliance.

    Preferred Skills (not required):

    Designing and executing email campaigns across multiple different brands.

    Experience with HTML/CSS and web design.

    Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.

    Knowledge of SEO/SEM is a plus.

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    None.

    Physical Requirements:

    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
