  • Responsibilities

    Three Point Capital is a premier debt financier in the film and television industry offering an array of services including tax credit advisory, brokerage, production accounting, and delivery.  This position may support the Commercial Tax Incentives team or the Broker Services team.

    Principal Responsibilities May Include:

    • Coordination of broker services documentation
    • Communication with broker services clients
    • Communication with agencies and production companies
    • Coordination of projects/activities with remote team members
    • Review of commercial production ‘wrap binders' for completeness
    • Analyzing documents & data received for completeness and accuracy
    • Converting information received to excel spreadsheets
    • Generating various summary reports on the productions under review
    • Managing project activity updates in Salesforce
    • Performing other duties as assigned

    Key Qualifications and Experience:

    • 1-2 years in a related field
    • 1-2 years of supervisory experience desired
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong customer service and information management skills
    • Data entry speed and accuracy
    • Ability to address challenges with cheerful professionalism
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage time efficiently
    • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels within an organization
    • Previous experience using Salesforce CRM a plus
