Job Title: Test Engineer - 45609

Summary:

This is a test engineering role with a focus on development of automated test tools for unit, integration and system level tests. As a member of a scrum team the engineer will work with product software developers to develop test methods and execute manual and automated testing on interim builds of the applications. Common tasks include development and execution of manual and automated test cases; review and test of requirements; active scrum collaboration; documentation of defects; help with defect resolution.

Top 3 things:
1. Development of automated test tools primarily using TestComplete and/or LabView
2. FDA regulated environment, documentation, working with developers on test,
3. Work on xray/imaging devices a plus but not required

Education Required: BS in an engineering field, preferably computer science or bio-medical with a focus on software, but with appropriate work experience any engineering degree would work
Years' Experience Required: 5+ working in test, 3+ with automation development
Location: Likely a hybrid would work. The planning and some dev can be WFH, but the tools will run on O-arms so need to be in the office to make use of those.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment.
• Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
• Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.
• Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
• Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.
