    Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Three Year Old Preschool Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs. This is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to shape young minds, build meaningful relationships, and be a joyful part of a child’s early learning journey.

    Responsibilities

    Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroomwhere kids can explore and grow

    Develop and implement fun, age-appropriate lesson

    plans that spark curiosity and creativity

    Sing songs, read stories, build block towers (and friendships)

    Partner with families to support each child’s development

    Lead with love, patience, and a whole lot of play-based learning

    Qualifications

    HS Diploma Minimum

    Experience working with preschool-age children (3-year-olds are your jam!)

    A strong understanding of child development and best practices in ECE

    Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    CDA, associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field preferred

    Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines

    Problem-solving and mediation skills
