    Job Description

    Seeking a financial services individual with strong client service and account processing skills. A strong team player, this individual will leverage their excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, internal and external sources to solve client requests.   Strong administrative skills to quickly and accurately complete all account processing transactions.  

    KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Client support

    ·        Proactive and professional interaction with clients via telephone, email and in person.

    ·        Support Advisors in scheduling client meetings and document preparation for client meetings and reviews.

    .        Maintain client database (ClientWorks and Redtail) for prospects and clients.  Ensure client transactions/correspondences are upload into databases in a timely manner.

    ·        Coordinate regular and annual mailings to clients.

     

    Account Processing

    ·        New client management – gather needed information for account openings, Agreements, and Investment Policy Statement. Ensure internal and external systems are updated accordingly.

    ·        Manage and execute client requests including: banking set-up, distributions, deposits, account transfers, beneficiary updates.

    ·        Open and manage new account openings for existing clients.

    .        Monitor transactions to ensure completion including deposits, distributions, transfers, account network, beneficiary updates.

     

    Administrative Support

    ·        Perform general administrative duties to ensure an efficient and organized office environment 

    ·        Utilize ClientWorks and Redtail CRM systems to provide reports as requested.

    ·        Generate Account Review report for each client.

    .        Generate life insurance quotes for advisor review.

    .        Order office supplies as needed.

     

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 

    ·         Minimum 3-4 years’ client services experience in the financial services industry

    ·         Experience working with a CRM system.

    ·         Strong client service orientation (external and internal).

    ·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs – Word, Excel, Adobe Professional

    ·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

    ·         Strong attention to detail.
