Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW: The Pre-Owned Sales Administrator is to be responsible for preparing all necessary Pre-owned department purchasing, wholesaling and titling in accordance with state, federal and corporate policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow up on trade, direct purchase and lease buyout titles. Maintain pre-owned police books (including booking in and out). Insuring accuracy and compliance with both corporate and state requirements. Maintain loaner fleet up to date in Advent. Maintain integrity of customer files by complying with corporate, state and federal regulations (i.e. Privacy Act). Responsible lease maturity DPP purchases. Stock in all pre-owned cars to Advent and acquire in Netstar. Titling of pre-owned in compliance with state regulations. Bill all wholesale and auction deals. Updates all pre-owned vehicle inventory price changes. Processes electronic funding through Advantage for DPP program vehicles. Able to commute into and out of Manhattan/New York City on a daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have previous experience with: o DMV processing (all states) o Titling o Lien Releases
