THRIFT STORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Work under the direction of the Thrift Store Manager

Follow store procedures and policies

Sort/price items

Promote sales of items

Help maintain cleanliness overall

Operate cash register and credit card machine

Display items for sale

Discard items as directed

Sell LUC items including crafts, vehicles, buffalo meat, etc.

Oversee LUC residents as needed. Be familiar with discipline procedures. Direct boys to work and be efficient and effective with their time.

REQUIREMENTS

Willing and able to work with troubled boys

Be at least 21 years of age

Have a high school diploma or GED

Pass a Missouri State background check

Work a minimum of 45-50 hours per week and be available for the needs of the boys.
