Pharmacy Clerk

Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking full time Pharmacy Clerk in #762 Plymouth, Minnesota to work on in the staging and delivery area.

Hours for this position can vary. Must be available to work one night a week until 9pm and one weekend per month (7am-3:30pm)

Responsibilities include:

Sorting and filing prescriptions by facility name and code

Creating accurate packing slips

Coordinating STAT/ASAP drivers via 3rd party vendor

Occasionally driving to deliver medications or pick up medications.

Providing great customer service to all patients, nurses, and healthcare partners.

Medication destruction

Light clerical work including filing paperwork, faxing, etc.

Cleaning medication carts

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Ability to work well within a team and require little supervision

Ability to work 1 night until 10pm and as as one weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday)

Applicant should possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, the ability to maintain patient confidentiality, and be at least 18 years of age.
