JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains cleanliness throughout the property and surrounding area to create a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and clients.
• Obtains list of vacant units that need to be cleaned and list of prospective check-outs in order to prepare work assignments.
• Oversees supply inventory.
• Assists with "make-ready" duties and other duties as assigned by the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior groundskeeper, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong team player 
• Weekends required
