Rooster is an 196-unit mid rise community located in Seattle's desirable Roosevelt neighborhood. Our brand-new apartments offer modern living spaces equipped with essential in-home features so you can spread out and relax. We have also equipped our community with resort-style amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center and inviting rooftop deck with stunning views of the cityscape.
