    JOIN OUR ALL-STAR FLOATING TEAM

    We have a FLOATING GROUNDSKEEPER opening to contribute to our All-Star Floating Team! This team is new to our organization and we're excited to see their impact. Our groundskeepers play a major role in the success of our company by providing excellent customer service and maintaining the upkeep of the grounds, units, and common areas. This position will provide you with the unique opportunity to work at various styles and sized communities to build skill set and help grow you in your professional career!

    SALARY AND BENEFITS:

    • $18 - 22/hr. depending on experience (inclusive of travel expenses)
    • Medical insurance covered at 100% for non-tobacco users, 80% covered for tobacco users

We are dedicated to our boutique approach to property management and building communities that flourish, which stems from hiring strong associates to grow with Team Thrive!  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Performs preventative maintenance, safety duties, and routine services requests and repairs. This could include, but is not limited to: Pool maintenance, painting, trash services, changing locks and creating keys, etc.
    • Maintains cleanliness throughout the property and surrounding area to create a welcoming environment for current and future residents. This could include, but is not limited to: sweeping and raking, removal of trash and debris, leaf blowing, shoveling, etc.
    • Assists with "make-ready" duties and other duties as assigned by the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Prior groundskeeper, janitorial, or custodial experience a plus
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Strong team player 
    • Weekend availability preferred
    • Reliable transportation necessary
