We have an opportunity for a part-time LEASING CONSULTANT to join our team at WALTON LOFTS, a 136-unit community located in the heart of Belltown! 

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and throughout the community for all current and prospective residents.
• Completes lease applications, assists with application verification, and notifies prospective residents of results.
• Inspects models and "market ready" vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness.
• Answers and responds to incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Greets guests and residents within the leasing office to determine needs and preferences while professionally presenting the community, apartments, and amenities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Leasing experience preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service skills required
• Detail oriented and efficient multi-tasker
• Pro-active problem solver
• Driven team player
• Weekends required
