This is a great opportunity for someone to build on their tech skills and see upward growth. Kent is increasingly where the action is and it's bringing the fun with it. With an easy drive over to Kent station – an actual honest to goodness train station with regular Sounder rail service to Seattle and Tacoma. Which means you have the cushiest ride to two of the fastest-growing downtowns in the country, and all the sports, museums and theaters they entail. Plus, Kent Station has its own amazing collection of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops even a sports arena. It truly is the entertainment hub of the South Sound. The Groves also gives you easy access to I-5 and Hwy 167. The lakes, trails, ski hills and mountains are closer than you can imagine.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN SALARY AND BENEFITS:
$22/hr DOE + bonus opportunities and benefits!
$75 lease renewal commission (split between entire onsite team)
