    We have an opportunity for a LEASING CONSULTANT to join our team at ASSEMBLY118, 359-unit community located in South Seattle!

    SALARY AND BENEFITS:

    • Competitive pay + bonus opportunities!
    • $150 commission per signed lease

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintains a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and throughout the community for all current and prospective residents.
    • Completes all lease applications, assists with application verification, and notifies prospective residents of results.
    • Inspects models and "market ready" vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness.
    • Answers incoming phone calls and emails.
    • Greets guests and residents within the leasing office to determine needs and preferences while professionally presenting the community, apartments, and amenities.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Leasing experience preferred, but not required
    • Sales and closing experience preferred
    • Strong customer service skills required
    • Detail oriented and efficient multi-tasker
    • Weekends required 
    • Pro-active problem solver
    • Driven team player
