We have a FLOATING PAINTER opening that will contribute to our All-Star Floating Team! This team is new to our organization and we're excited to see their impact. This position will play a major role in the success of our communities by providing excellent customer service and maintaining the upkeep of the common areas, units, and grounds. This position will provide you with the unique opportunity to work at various styles and sized communities to build skill set and help grow you in your professional career.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

• $27-$29/hr. depending on experience (inclusive of travel expenses)
• Medical insurance covered at 100% for non-tobacco users, 80% covered for tobacco users

PAINTER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, removing old paint, etc.
• Applies paints, sealers, and solvents to exterior and interior building surfaces
• Prepares the surrounding area by covering with cloth or plastic to prevent messes
• Moving furniture and equipment as necessary to reach the entire surface of the project
• Maintains close communication with supervisor on budget and painting needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior painting experience required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong team player 
• Weekend availability a plus
• Reliable transportation necessary
