This is a beautiful mid-rise community with 159 units, located in Redmond. This is a great opportunity for someone to join an excellent team and become a part of Thrive! Schedule: Part-time; Thursday- Saturday at Blackbird & Part-time on our floating team
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN SALARY AND BENEFITS:
$22/hour DOE
$75 lease renewal commission (split between entire onsite team)
