We have a FLOATING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN opening to contribute to our All-Star Floating Team! This team is new to our organization and we're excited to see their impact. Our maintenance technicians play a major role in the success of our company by providing excellent customer service, completing exceptional turns, and service requests. This position will provide you with the unique opportunity to work at various styles and sizes of communities to expand your skills and help grow you in your professional career!
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- $22 - 27/hr. depending on experience (inclusive of travel expenses)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment and tools
- Completes service requests in a professional and timely matter
- Provides an exceptional level of customer service to residents
- Diagnoses and performs minor or routine maintenance and repairs within homes and throughout the property
- Inspects and helps coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services
- Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter
- Performs additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior maintenance experience in property management preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong team player
- Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and projects
- Weekend availability preferred
- Reliable transportation necessary
