JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and throughout the community for all current and prospective residents.
- Completes all lease applications, assists with application verification, and notifies prospective residents of results.
- Inspects models and "market ready" vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness.
- Answers incoming phone calls and emails.
- Greets guests and residents within the leasing office to determine needs and preferences while professionally presenting the community, apartments, and amenities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Leasing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service skills required
- Detail oriented and efficient multi-tasker
- Weekends required
- Pro-active problem solver
- Driven team player
