JOIN OUR LEASING TEAM! We have an exciting opportunity for a LEASING CONSULTANT to join our team at Artesia by the Lake Apartments! This is a 192-unit property located in the heart of beautiful Everett. We are seeking an experienced manager who likes to have fun and fosters community. Artesia has undergone an extensive renovation, both to the homes and the generous common areas. Your new home has been updated with new counters, flooring, cabinetry, stainless appliances, fireplaces, plumbing, lighting and more. Whew. That's all just inside your door. And once it swings open you'll be greeted by our exceptional Thrive Communities staff who strive to exceed your expectations in top-notch customer service. Schedule: Full-time; Tuesday-Saturday
LEASING CONSULTANT SALARY & BENEFITS:
$18-$19/hr DOE + great benefits!
$150 commission per completed lease
*Eligible for _CONSIDERATION _for a 30% housing discount at the property (*NOTE: this discount is not available at all properties, please inquire with the hiring manager during the interview process if this is an option for this position).
$75 commission per renewal (split between entire onsite staff)
