    POSITION OF: Human Resources Coordinator 

    DIRECTLY REPORTS TO: Human Resources Generalist  

    The Human Resources Coordinator is a valued member of the Human Resources Team. We are looking for a self-starter to support our company's HR operations needs, manage our applicant tracking system, and ensure all regulatory compliance and hiring practices are being met. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, enjoy participating in and perpetuating the Thrive culture, and have an understanding of administration in HRIS and LMS systems.  

    SALARY AND BENEFITS: 

    • Salary Range: $50,000 – $56,000 DOE + 1% Bonus Potential 
    • Unlimited Vacation + Flex Schedule (3 days work from home, 2 days in office in Seattle)

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    _HR Support (30%) _

    • Answer employee questions and assist with HR email inbox 
    • Reconciles benefits statements, HR billbacks and invoices 
    • Assists with preparation of the performance review process 
    • Maintains personnel records and other HR documentation and compliance 
    • Monitor and send out Pin Nomination Awards 
    • Assist with event planning and related tasks as needed 
    • Stay current on key federal, state and local laws and regulations 
    • Send anniversary awards
    • Other tasks as assigned

      

    _Onboarding (20%) _

    • Create, manage, and maintain external and internal job postings  
    • Assist with administering appropriate assessments during the interview process 
    • Coordinate pre-employment screening process 
    • Ensure successful completion of onboarding tasks including employment verification (I-9 and E-Verify)

     

    _HRIS Administration (20%) _

    • Complete new hire and termination tasks 
    • Assist with processing payroll, mid-pay period pay rate changes, EANs, employee housing deductions, etc. 
    • Review and compile 30- and 90-day new hire surveys  
    • Review and compile exit and stay Interviews

     

    _LMS Administration & Training Coordination (30%) _

    • Schedule ILT (Instructor Led Training) classes in LMS and track attendance 
    • Assist with moderating ILTs and producing live events in Microsoft Teams  
    • Schedule new associates for ILTs monthly and send reminder emails 
    • Reach out to RM if a new CM or MS to get one on one training scheduled 
    • Create and maintain groups and online training schedule within LMS 
    • Maintain mystery shop schedule and record keeping including tracking failed shops 
    • Review and compile training surveys and quiz scores to monitor learning goals

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:  

    • Excellent administrative skills to include time management, prioritization of tasks, and ability to meet deadlines 
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 
    • Experience with HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems

     

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 

    The following are preferred, but not required skills, certifications and experience 

    • Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or another related field and/or equivalent experience 
    • Working knowledge of the property management industry

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
