JOIN OUR LEASING TEAM! We have an exciting opportunity for a MULTI-SITE LEASING CONSULTANT to join our team at Belay and Noba Apartments! This is a beautiful multi-site community located in the heart of Seattle's desirable Ballard neighborhood. These mid rise properties, totaling 155 units are located in an area with ample access to transit and great shops and restaurants. You will be joining a strong team, with a fun, encouraging work environment. Schedule: Part-time; Sunday-Tuesday
LEASING CONSULTANT SALARY & BENEFITS:
$19/hr DOE + great benefits!
$150 commission per completed lease
$75 commission per renewal (split between entire onsite staff)
