We have an opportunity for a LEASING CONSULTANT to join our teams at COVE& THE LUDLOW. These two beautiful properties are nestled in beautiful Capitol Hill. The individual in this role would be working part-time at these two properties and could float to some of our other communities in the area to make it a full-time position.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- $16-$18 per hour + bonus and commission opportunities!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and throughout the community for all current and prospective residents.
- Completes all lease applications, assists with application verification, and notifies prospective residents of results.
- Inspects models and "market ready" vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness.
- Answers incoming phone calls and handles each call accordingly.
- Greets guests and residents within the leasing office to determine needs and preferences while professionally presenting the community, apartments, and amenities.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Leasing experience preferred
