    JOIN OUR MAINTENANCE TEAM We have an exciting opportunity for a HOUSEKEEPER to join the team at Midtown Square! This is a 432-unit leas up mid-rise located in Seattle's beautiful Central District. Midtown Square is a short walk away from the city's most talked about happy hours, brunches, fitness centers, coffeehouses, shopping and more!

    Schedule: Full-time; Wednesay-Sunday HOUSEKEEPER SALARY AND BENEFITS:

    $19-$22/hour + benefits!

    • 19 DAYS OF PTO PER YEAR + 10 PAID HOLIDAYS + 1 PAID PERSONAL DAY + 1 PAID DAY OF SERVICE
    • 2021 - CHRISTMAS EVE, CHRISTMAS DAY, DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS OFF!
    • 2021 - ALL OVERTIME WILL BE PAID OUT AT DOUBLE-TIME!
    • GENEROUS EMPLOYER MATCHED 401K PLAN!

    $75 lease renewal commission (split between entire onsite team)

    Medical insurance covered at 100% for non-tobacco users, 80% covered for tobacco users

    HOUSEKEEPER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversees keeping the grounds, common areas, and office neat and tidy
    • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
    • Clean and stock restrooms
    • Notify managers and maintenance team of necessary repairs
    • Collect and dispose of trash
    • Inspects and helps prepare units after move-out and before move-in
    • Contributes to a positive team environment and commits to Thrive's values 
    • Performs any additional duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, and assists maintenance team, as needed

    HOUSEKEEPER QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Prior housekeeper or custodial experience preferred
    • Excellent customer service skills required
    • Attention to detail required
    • Strong team player with the willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and projects
