SALARY AND BENEFITS:

• $18.55 per hour + bonus and commission opportunities!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains accurate resident records.
• Responsible for resident relations, which includes providing excellent customer service, showing the property to prospective residents, and handling resident feedback and concerns.
• Maintains a strong understanding of all phases of leasing and resident retention.
• Walks and inspects property on a regular basis to ensure the property is clean and welcoming for current and prospective residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Leasing experience REQUIRED
• Office administration experience REQUIRED
• Strong organizational skills REQUIRED
• Managing and supervising experience preferred
• Experience with Yardi and On-Site preferred
