This is a newly created role as Senior IT Auditor in a successful oil & gas organization in central Denver.

Working in a small Audit group you will be the primary person running IT Audit for the organization.  You will be working for a CISA certified Head of Audit.  This role will include 60% IT/Operational audit and special IT related projects and 40% SOX and controls testing (this percentage should decrease in time and the IT/Operational work will increase).

Job duties will include auditing of cybersecurity protections and network infrastructure (routers, firewalls, switches), network segmentation and IDS/SIEM systems and SCADA systems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s in computer science, accounting, or finance

• CISA and/or CIA is a strong plus

• 5-7 years IT audit experience in public accounting or public companies

• Exposure to network secruity, technology infrastructure, software development, SIEM, disaster recovery planning and SOX 404 compliance requirements and controls testing.

• Oil and gas experience preferred
