    The Senior Financial Analyst will provide the primary analytical support for the finance team in its capacity to manage FP&A, corporate finance, and assist in strategic analyses and decision making while also supporting operational functions in multiple financial capacities.

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities

    • Provides detailed financial modeling, including; multi-year operating models, forecasting, capital structure waterfalls, 13-week cash flows, and ad-hoc analyses
    • Evaluate and assess investment opportunities including assessing return thresholds (IRR, ROI, etc.)
    • Drafts, compiles, and edits presentations to investors, senior management, lenders, and the board of directors
    • Communicates effectively with senior management, board members, and investors
    • Performs transactional support and pro-forma analyses as needed
    • Understands and interprets legal documents including asset/equity purchase agreements and credit agreements
    • Evaluates the adequacy of existing procedures, identifies weaknesses, and implements improvements
    • Works closely with other functions such as Marketing, Field Operations, Customer Care, Accounting, etc.

    Job Requirements

    • Ability to work for a PE backed firm and work under pressure with demanding reporting requirements
    • Ability to multi-task, including handling the demands of multiple projects concurrently
    • Value add and Service mindset to Operations and the business
    • Provide assistance and communicate effectively to management, the Board, employees, and investors
    • Strong knowledge of accounting and its application
    • Proven ability to take ownership of projects, and work independently to resolve issues
    • Self-directed, decisive, high integrity, and detail oriented
    • Desire to work in a small, unstructured environment and join a high growth company
    • Have a natural curiosity for how things “work” coupled with strong attention to detail

    Baseline Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or job-related discipline; master’s degree preferred
    • 3+ years financial analysis in investment banking, private equity, or corporate/banking finance experience
    • Advanced financial modeling skills and deep understanding of Excel
    • Excellent presentation creation/editing skills (strong PowerPoint skills)
    • Team oriented, high intelligence, desire to learn and be in the financial analysis field
    • Superior leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Telecom experience preferred but not required

    $110,000-120,000+bonus
