Excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of outpatient experience.

We are seeking exceptional Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide extraordinary care and customer service to our patients at Thrive Medical. We are seeking an energetic, committed, and enthusiastic Physical Therapist in our well-established outpatient practices.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Meet with patients and identify needs and goals.

Devise detailed treatment plans to achieve needs and goals.

Motivate and encourage patients throughout the treatment process

Devise detailed exercise techniques, stretches, and self-care programs for patients to complete between sessions.

Evaluate effects of therapy and keep detailed records of patient appointments and progress.

Communicate with patients’ physicians regularly to ensure consistent care.

Reduce patients’ need for medications and surgeries by means of improving range of motion, strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

Maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualified applicants must:

Be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program

Hold licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York

Certified in Pelvic Floor (Preferred)

Pay: $95,000 - $110,000.00 per year
