ROLE
Thrive is seeking to hire a part-time professional Executive Assistant who loves our cause. This position is 20 hours/week (M–F, 4 hours/day). We are seeking local Denver area applicants who are looking to utilize their administrative strengths in supporting our Executive Team, Board, and office staff.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and supporting the Executive Team (CEO and COO), Board, and office staff:
- Assists the CEO in priority management of all communications with major donors and key ministry partners
- Maintains the CEO's calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
- Maintains contact/lead detail of the CEO's portfolio in our CRM
- Coordinates and prepares Board of Director meeting materials, including the filing of meeting minutes and materials
- Assists with development events
- Welcomes guests in person, on the phone, or via email, and answers/resolves or directs routine and complex inquiries
- Maintains office supplies inventory
- Assists COO with human resource tasks, working with our benefits broker on annual renewals of health and dental insurance
- Assists COO with legal filings and lease agreements
- Assists the COO in maintaining high morale of the office and volunteer team by tracking, maintaining, and developing personal appreciation

- Computer software skills are essential (we are an Apple product team!)
- Comfortable with a complete Cloud-based working environment
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Three to five years of administrative or executive assistance experience
- Experience managing multiple calendars
- Experience booking travel

Our mission is to journey with women ministering overseas by providing spiritual resources, transformative experiences, and authentic one-on-one relationships to replenish them as they invest in Kingdom work. We offer numerous resources including a retreat ministry (three international and one US based retreat each year); an online community hosting a variety of publications designed to meet the specific needs of women ministering overseas; a one-on-one mentoring program; and an advocacy focus that engages and educates individuals, churches, and agencies to be equipped and empowered to proactively meet the needs of women on the field.
