Responsibilities: • Manage calendar tasks such as scheduling meetings, rescheduling, and confirmation of meetings • Take care of email management duties and update contact lists when necessary - including writing, proofreading, and sending emails • Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodations as needed • Implement simple website updates such as FAQs on Wordpress sites, blogs, or other platforms and coordinate posts on social media accounts • Execute additional administrative tasks such as data entry, light bookkeeping, and online research as requested • Screen, answer, and return phone calls in a professional manner Qualifications: • Produce consistent, high-quality work with little to no supervision on a variety of projects • Competency with computer programs, such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is essential • Years of experience (1-2) as an administrative assistant, personal assistant, office assistant, or executive assistant is necessary • Proficiency with remote or cloud-based tools such as instant messaging, Skype, Zoom, and Google Suite and productive in a home office/ virtual office environment with a reliable internet connection is vital • Exemplary time-management, customer service, organization, and communication skills, both written and verbal, are imperative Compensation: $3 - $9 hourly
