    Real Estate Transaction Department Lead We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Lead Transaction Manager to join our team. The Lead Transaction Manager will oversee a team of transaction coordinators and ensure smooth and efficient processing of real estate transactions from contract to closing. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities: Team Leadership: • Supervise and provide guidance to a team of transaction coordinators. • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and challenges. • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they meet performance standards. Transaction Management: • Manage a portfolio of real estate transactions from clear to close through post-closing. • Review contracts and related documents for accuracy and completeness. • Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction. • Ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted and deadlines are met. • Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the transaction process. Compliance and Documentation: • Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws, regulations, and company policies. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transaction activities. • Verify the accuracy of all documents and disclosures. Communication: • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and other stakeholders. • Communicate regularly with agents, clients, and other parties to provide updates on transaction status. • Address any questions or concerns raised by clients or other stakeholders in a timely manner. Qualifications: Required: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination. • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role. • Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, documents, and processes. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Preferred: • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in real estate transaction management software and tools. • Previous experience in title work or underwriting. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
