WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:   In our medical facility the Human Resources Administrative Assistant will be an integral part of our HR team.  In this hourly role you will be helping to schedule appointment for our patients, managing supplies, and help to schedule our nursing staff for our departments.  You will also support our HR Coordinator with a few areas, such as:  community outreach and low level recruitment, new employee orientation and managing employee inquires when/if she is out.  Come join us; it’s a busy day here!

• We are seeking candidates with prior ENTRY LEVEL experience as either a Payroll Clerk, Staffing Scheduler or HR Coordinator.

Qualifications

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT: officially we title this job a “Crew Coordinator”, but in other centers it may be called an HR Assistant, Payroll Clerk or Staffing Scheduler.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Education: Associates Degree (or higher) or HR (or related field) is preferred
• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing / healthcare facility is desired
• Prior experience with entry level HR administrative duties 
• We follow the CMS & IDPH rules for the Covid-19 vaccine.  You should be fully vaccinated or you will be required to submit an exemption.  Details will be discussed during your interview.
