Job Description
Thriving Center of Psychology is currently in search of a Remote Client Coordinator:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Running credits cards, and creating and submitting invoices
- Educating clients about Out-of-Network insurance plans
- Maintaining marketing platforms and listing sites
- Weekly reporting
- Assisting clients throughout the therapist matchmaking process
- Collaborating with other members of our administrative team around the US to brainstorm, create, and implement new policies and procedures
- Scheduling appointments
- Responding to inquiries via text, phone call, or email in a timely manner
PREFERENCES:
- 4+ years in medical administration preferred
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls, texts, and emails
- MUST CURRENTLY BE IN A FRONT OFFICE, CLIENT-FACING ROLE

SALARY INFORMATION:
