What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow existing partnerships in the Healthcare space across data providers, agencies, brands and platforms
Identify, develop, and close new opportunities and strategic relationships with healthcare data providers, platforms, brands and their respective agencies
Use consultative and solution selling skills to understand prospective client challenges and make clear recommendations of how Throtle solutions address their business needs
Working in collaboration with our Customer Success team help further development and grow existing accounts
Ensure that we exceed customer expectations and lock-in renewals
Keep Salesforce up-to-date, track key metrics, and communicate deal progress effectively internally
Represent the voice of the Heathcare customer and partner to inform our sales process, marketing materials, and product roadmap
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of successful, quota-carrying Sales/Business Development experience with Healthcare-focused companies, brands and agencies across data, digital/programmatic media or other MarTech DaaS / SaaS [LB2] sales
Firm understanding of data onboarding, identity resolution, and the AdTech ecosystem as they relate to Life Sciences, DTC, HCP, and Rx
Great communication skills – verbal and written, both externally with clients and internally with teammates
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Strategic relationship-building capabilities
Truly committed to going above and beyond for clients with a “lead by example” approach
Self-starter, independent and self-sufficient requiring little oversight to deliver against goals
Proactive in seeking help and expertise when needed
Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire and assertiveness to help our customers reach their goals and objectives
