JOB SUMMARY:

Our entire operation starts with the reliable sourcing of premium fabrics and components, meticulously organized and prepared for production. This role is critical to the success of our daily business and requires an ownership attitude to ensure consistency in every aspect of our growth. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ownership of all fabric, trim, component, label and supply side material management
• Planning and sourcing of fabric cuts and apparel blanks across hundreds of proprietary styles
• Oversight of pre-production process for inbound orders, as it pertains to on-hand materials
• Occasional enterprise client relations to establish custom needs and capabilities
• Regular reporting of inventory levels, cut logs and general inventory positions
• Predictive planning of seasonal cadence relative to real-time production
• Maintain healthy relations and service levels with vendors and contractors
• Support and coordinate transition of a new style from development into production, including management of tech packs, patterns, markers, care labels, etc
• General assistance to the executive team, as pertaining to pre-production, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have minimum of 2-3 years in a fashion/production-related role
• Degree in Textiles, Manufacturing, or Product Development, or equivalent experience preferred
• Must have inventory management experience, keeping stock levels on blanks, fabrics, and running reports as it is requested
• Highly analytical and digitally savvy
• Excellent technical skills: Microsoft Excel/Pivot Tables, Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Present)
• Flexible schedule with occasional overtime and weekends, as needed
• Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional work ethic and follow-through
