Will provide administrative and sales support to the Regional Investment Officer
Will be accountable for new account set up, understanding of trust systems, investment software, and investment presentation software
Will have daily interaction with internal and external contacts to ensure that all account activities are processed in a timely manner
Will conduct research and will serve as a liaison between front office and operations and the clients.
Will interact with high-level clients e.g. investment managers, attorneys, brokers etc.
Will assist in setting-up and transition new Investment Management account assets and will assist with Regulation 9 reviews and account monitoring for overdrafts
Will coordinate and implement complex customized client reports
Will attend client meetings
Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank’s BSA/AML Program
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
2 years of trust and/or investment-related work experience or banking experience required.
Understanding of bank products and services required.
Working knowledge of fiduciary management techniques preferred
