    The Inside Sales Representative position will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making a high volume of calls on a daily basis, working with channel partners and other sales team members, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Contact current and prospective customers through primarily, but not limited to, phone calls, email messages, mailings, and social media to actively pursue opportunities to engage with them in communicating the value of the offerings available.
    • Match offerings to customer requirements, and close sales opportunities for defined offerings, achieving assigned quarterly quotas
    • Utilize strategic selling methodologies to achieve additional penetration and “share of wallet” with existing accounts
    • Maintain and expand your database of prospects on a worldwide basis, with particular emphasis on the U.S. market
    • Work with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
    • Perform effective online presentations with prospects
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing and other appropriate team members to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings
    • Ensure hand-offs to other sales team members, partners, and/or customer support personnel are successful, and exceed customer's satisfaction
    • Ensure documentation and reporting associated with assigned performance metrics are timely, complete and accurate

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proven inside sales experience
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong phone presence and experience conducting a high volume of daily calls
    • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
    • Experience working with CRM systems
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
