You’ll be in charge of managing his calendar, screening emails, making travel arrangements, helping organize his work, buying gifts, planning special events, and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. Here's an overview of this position: https://youtu.be/Mj7Dg4iiy0c Responsibilities: • Take care of office management duties such as ordering filing systems and keeping track of office equipment and supplies • Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings • Serve as the main contact for high-level executive • Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes • Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive Qualifications: • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information • Experience using Microsoft Office • At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion Compensation: $4 - $6 hourly
