    We are looking for an enthusiastic professional for our Sales Development Representative who is ready to prospect new customers to help support business growth. You'll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who knows how to find prospects on social media and start building relationships with them. Our ideal candidate has prior experience in customer service or sales roles, is an excellent dealmaker, and enjoys talking to people on the phone. Responsibilities: • Assess and qualify leads based on established criteria and determine their readiness to engage creating a pipeline of opportunities for the sales team • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects' challenges, needs, and buying intent • Conduct outreach campaigns to engage potential leads through various channels (phone, cold calling, emails, social media, etc.) • Work closely with the sales team and maintain clear communication to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads by providing detailed and accurate information about leads to enable effective sales conversations • Collaborate in refining sales skills and strategies based on feedback from prospect interactions • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance effectiveness and improve efficiency Qualifications: • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills to effectively engage with prospects • Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role, especially in a remote or virtual setting, is an advantage • High School Diploma or GED is required, a Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer success • Willingness to share insights and collaborate for the overall success of the sales team • Capacity to adapt to changing environments, tools, and strategies • Comfortable in using various online tools and platforms for communication, outreach, and data management Compensation: $3 - $5 hourly plus commissions
