Responsibilities: • Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing • Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal • Validate all personal references and rental application information • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld • Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations • Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure the closing of the deal • Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations • Advertise available properties using a variety of social media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties • Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing • Show prospective tenants' properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure the rental contract Qualifications: • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems • A proven record of sales experience and success • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Excel Compensation: $35,000
